ATTENDED SUPPORT
Connect to a computer
Ask the customer to open CompuHelp and read you the six-digit code.
One approval grants viewing, mouse/keyboard control, and session keep-awake.
Saved attended computers
Saved names do not grant unattended access. A new code and customer approval are still required.
Technician workspace
Connected clients
Live registrations refresh every five seconds. Attended clients still require a code and customer approval.
Unattended computers
Enroll once with administrator approval. Authorized technicians can then connect without a new customer code.
Enter this code in the Windows client’s unattended setup. It expires after ten minutes and can be used once.
Toolbox library
Upload once and reuse during support. All file types are accepted, up to 512 MiB each.

Authenticator protection
In your authenticator app, add a time-based account using this setup key. Enter its six-digit code below to activate protection.
The setup expires after ten minutes. Treat this key like a password.
Save your recovery codes
Each recovery code works once with your password. Store these codes somewhere private, separate from your authenticator. They are only shown now.
Restarting remote computer
Automatic reconnection waits up to ten minutes for the installed client. Windows login-screen access is experimental. Cancelling here stops reconnection; it does not cancel a reboot already scheduled in Windows.
Move the mouse outside the remote screen to work locally. Ctrl+Alt+Esc locks remote control and exits fullscreen.
Click the screen to direct keyboard input. On phones, use touch mode or send text. Hide typed text when entering a password. Installed-client login and secure-desktop access are experimental; Ctrl+Alt+Delete is not supported.
